Description

Nilan Comfort 600 is a ventilation unit with heat recovery via a counterflow heat exchanger for homes and commercially used rooms with a ventilation requirement of up to 800 m³/h. It extracts humid, stale air from the bathroom, WC, kitchen and utility room and supplies outdoor air to living spaces and offices.

It is controlled via the CTS602 with HMI panel. Nilan supplies the unit tested, ready for operation and with a plug.

Features

Available as a left-hand or right-hand version with regard to the supply air side.
Bypass damper in the unit; grommet for a water heater.
Panel filters in the outdoor air and extract air as standard; a pollen filter can be retrofitted for the outdoor air.
Accessories according to the data sheet: electric pre-heater, electric post-heater, water post-heater, water post-heater (built-in), EM box, heating tape, additional circuit board, carbon dioxide sensor, vibration dampers, siphon, sound-absorbing flexible hose, pollen filter ISO ePM1 50-65% (F7) and extension cable for HMI panel.

Note on variants

Select the version supply air left or supply air right. According to the Nilan dimension drawing, this indicates the side on which the supply air connection is located; the matching dimension drawing is available in the downloads. The technical data above apply to both versions.

Installation notes

According to the installation instructions, sufficient space must be left for maintenance and repair work; filters, heat exchanger and fans must remain accessible. At least 60 cm should be kept free in front of the unit. The unit must stand level so that the condensate can drain from the condensate tray.
