(1) The purchase agreement is concluded with Dalakakis & Qureshi GbR.

(2) The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to order.

(3) By submitting the order, the customer makes a binding offer.

(4) Acceptance takes place through an order confirmation by e-mail or by shipping the goods.

3. Prices and Shipping Costs

(1) All prices are in euros, including statutory VAT.

(2) Shipping costs are shown separately in the ordering process.

(3) For orders over €100, we deliver free of charge within Germany.

4. Delivery and Availability

(1) Deliveries are made within Germany; other countries only upon request.

(2) The delivery time can be found in the shipping conditions.

(3) Should items not be available, we will inform the customer immediately.

5. Payment

(1) The following payment methods are available: prepayment, PayPal, credit card, Klarna, invoice (depending on creditworthiness).

(2) The purchase price is due immediately, unless otherwise agreed.

6. Retention of Title

The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

7. Right of Withdrawal

8. Warranty and Liability

(1) The statutory warranty rights apply.

(2) For entrepreneurs: The limitation period for claims for defects is 12 months from the transfer of risk.

(3) We are liable for damages only in cases of intent and gross negligence.

9. Dispute Resolution

The EU Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (OS): https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

We are not obligated or willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

10. Final Provisions

(1) German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).

(2) Should individual provisions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
