Shipping Terms and Conditions
All important information regarding shipping areas, costs, and delivery times at a glance.
We only deliver within Germany and the European Union.
Shipping costs are clearly displayed during the order process.
- Germany: Free shipping for orders over 100 €.
- EU countries: Shipping costs vary by destination country and are shown at checkout.
Delivery times are product-dependent. If the product is in stock and not stated otherwise in the item description, the delivery time is usually:
- Germany: approx. 3–5 working days
- EU countries: approx. 3–7 working days
Please note that for some items shipped directly by our partners/suppliers, delivery times may vary. The applicable delivery time can be found in the product description.
Delivery is carried out in cooperation with renowned shipping service providers (e.g., DHL, Hermes, DPD, UPS). Customers cannot choose their shipping service provider.
As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email with the corresponding tracking number (if available).
For orders of multiple items, delivery may occur in several packages. You will not incur additional costs for this.
Delivery to DHL Packstations is possible if supported by the respective shipping service provider.
