Shipping Costs

All shipping costs include statutory VAT.

• Germany: €4.99 per order. For orders with a value of €100 or more, shipping is free of charge.
• European Union countries: a flat rate of €19.99 per order.
• Items from AFPRO Filters: These items are delivered directly by the manufacturer. Within Germany, their shipping is free of charge. For delivery to European Union countries we charge €24.99 per order for them, in addition to the shipping costs of the other items.
• Items from Nordic Fos: These items are delivered directly by the manufacturer. Within Germany, their shipping is free of charge. Delivery to other countries is not possible.
• Freight items: We deliver bulky items by freight carrier. You will see the shipping costs for these during checkout, before you submit your order.
• Pipes as long goods (Sanha system pipes): We deliver pipes in lengths and coils by freight carrier. For this we charge €89.25 per order, in addition to the shipping costs of the other items. From a pipe goods value of €2,975 this amount does not apply. Delivery within Germany only.

Small Order Surcharge for AFPRO Items

If the value of the items from the manufacturer AFPRO Filters in your order is below €200.00, we charge a small order surcharge of €20.00 including VAT in addition to the price of the goods and the shipping costs, once per order. The relevant amount is the total price of these items after item discounts, excluding shipping costs. Items from other manufacturers are not counted. If the AFPRO goods value is €200.00 or more, no surcharge applies. It is shown in the cart and during checkout as a separate line item “Small Order Surcharge” before you submit your order, and it also applies if shipping is free of charge.

Delivery Time

The delivery time is shown on every product page right next to the item (for example "Delivery time: 3 to 7 business days"). It applies to deliveries within Germany and starts on the day after the contract is concluded. For deliveries to other countries of the European Union, it is extended by up to 3 business days.

Items that are made especially for you have a longer delivery time. This is also shown on the product page.

Shipping and Delivery

We ship parcels with DHL. Bulky or heavy items are delivered by a freight carrier; so that the delivery can be scheduled with you, we pass your phone number on to the freight carrier. Many items are sent to you directly by the manufacturer or wholesaler.

Shipment Tracking

As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email with the tracking number, provided that the shipping carrier offers shipment tracking.

Partial Deliveries

If you order several items, they may be delivered in more than one shipment. This does not result in any additional shipping costs for you. The exception is the surcharge for AFPRO Filters items on deliveries to countries of the European Union mentioned above.

Delivery to Packstations

Parcels can be delivered to DHL Packstations (parcel lockers) and post office branches. Freight items can only be delivered to a street address.

Transport Damage

If the shipment is visibly damaged on delivery, please have the delivery person confirm the damage and let us know. Your statutory rights remain unaffected, even if you do not do so.
