Infrared Heating Panels

Infrared heaters release most of their heat as radiant heat. They warm surfaces, objects and people in the room first and the air only indirectly. This makes them a good fit for rooms that are heated selectively and at certain times, such as bathrooms, studies, hobby rooms or individual workstations. All models in this category are made by Heatness and work without a fan.

Designs in the range

• Simpel Pro wall and ceiling panels with a plain surface
• Infrared heaters with glass or glass ceramic front for wall and ceiling, including a glass heater in white or black

How to choose the right model

The main factors are mounting location and appearance: ceiling models save wall space, glass and mirror fronts blend discreetly into living areas, and mobile units suit changing locations. Choose the output according to room size and insulation standard; the figures are listed with each product. For terraces, halls or food service, the infrared and food warming lamps are the better choice. Other electric heaters such as convectors are listed under Radiators & Convectors.
