Description

Nilan Wassernachheizregister (water post-heater) is a water-fed heater for installation in the supply air duct after a Nilan ventilation unit. According to the manufacturer, it is used when a constant or higher supply air temperature is required; a supply air temperature that is too low can be perceived as a draught.

The heater is connected to the central heating and controlled with a 0 to 10 V signal via the CTS control built into the Nilan units.

Features

For the Ø 160 mm version (article number 768893Z), the Nilan data sheet lists a two-way control valve, a temperature sensor and a frost protection thermostat as included.
The Nilan data sheet in the downloads contains output data per airflow and flow/return temperature (40/30, 60/40 and 70/40 °C).
The heater is only suitable for heating clean air; according to the manufacturer, no special maintenance is required.

Note on variants

Select the variant according to the diameter of the supply air duct: Ø 125 mm, Ø 160 mm or Ø 250 mm, each with rubber seal.
