Description

InoxAir Activated Carbon Box is an activated carbon module without fan for filtering odours from exhaust air, according to the manufacturer for example from kitchen or industrial exhaust air. The granular activated carbon binds the odours. Available are the AKB activated carbon box with two prefilter stages (1800 to 7200 m³/h) and the double-walled AKP activated carbon box (3000 to 12000 m³/h).

Features

AKB: including aluminium prefilter with condensate tray and Z-Line synthetic filter, inspection door, installation side can be changed, connection via spigot plate.
AKP: double-walled, including connection for the inlet and outlet side and inspection door; standard air direction left to right according to the catalogue.
Spare parts according to the catalogue: activated carbon cartridges (CA-CFC 1445), mesh filters (AKB-FFG) and synthetic filters (AKB-ZL) to match the AKB size.

Note on variants

Select the air flow under Size. The variants with the addition (2) have the article numbers AKP...-LRRL; the catalogue explains LRRL as air direction from left to right, but at the same time names this air direction as the AKP standard. Replacement filters and alternatives

Replacement filters for the pre-filter stages are listed under replacement filters for AKB carbon box. The InoxAir ECF and ALR exhaust air cleaning units work with their own fan; replacement cartridges are listed under ALR filter unit.
