Description

S&P UVF F7 ECOWATT is a sound-insulated ventilation box (box fan) from the S&P UVF ECOWATT series with EC motor (230 V) and integrated F7 filter (ePM1 75%). According to the manufacturer, the housing has space for a total of three filters; the series reaches air flows of up to 2,700 m³/h.

The galvanised steel sheet housing is lined with 30 mm thick non-combustible sound insulation (M0). According to the manufacturer, the speed can be adjusted continuously from 0 to 100% via the integrated potentiometer or an external 0 to 10 V signal (off below 1 V). A differential pressure switch for filter monitoring is included in the scope of delivery.

Features
  • Filter inserts AFR-UVF according to S&P in classes G4 (ISO coarse 60%), M5 (ePM10 55%), F7 (ePM1 75%, as delivered) and F9 (ePM1 85%), as an alternative or additional filter (double filtration). S&P recommends a pre-filter to extend the service life of the main filter.
  • On models UVF-400/160 to UVF-1100/250, the terminal box is attached to a 65 cm long cable and can be positioned flexibly.
  • According to the manufacturer, operation with constant air volume (CAV) is possible with the VCHV set (0 to 10 V transmitter including 230/24 V transformer), e.g. to compensate for increasing filter loading; optionally with weekly timer ZSU-N.
  • As 0 to 10 V set point devices and controllers, S&P lists among others the air quality sensors AIRSENS (versions for carbon dioxide, VOC and relative humidity), CONTROL ECOWATT AC/DC, CONTROL ECOWATT BASIC, DMD-C, INTER 4P ECOWATT, REB-ECOWATT and SWG.
  • Accessories listed by S&P include filter monitoring display FUA, electric heating coils MBE or MBE-R, hot water heating coils MBW, silencers MAA, backdraft dampers CAR, flexible connectors KAA and discharge spigots with bird guard APC (each matching the connection diameter).

Note on variants

The "Model" selection indicates the S&P type; the number after the slash corresponds to the nominal diameter of the duct connection in mm. The catalogue writes the types without the suffix "-F7" (e.g. UVF-400/160 ECOWATT); the item numbers are identical.
