Nilan Sensors and Sensor Kits

Nilan Sensors and Sensor Kits combines the following versions in one product: CO2 sensor kit, CO2 control kit, humidity sensor, pressure transmitter. Select the required version under Type and then the matching variant under Version. The details for each version are given below.

CO2 sensor kit: Nilan CO2-Sensorkit is a retrofit kit with a carbon dioxide sensor for Nilan ventilation units with the CTS602 control. According to Nilan, ventilation is then controlled by the carbon dioxide content of the air: without increased load the unit runs at a low level; if the carbon dioxide content rises (for example due to more people in the room), the control increases ventilation. According to Nilan, the sensor is retrofitted in the ventilation unit. The Nilan wiring diagram for the kit (item numbers 7134B13 and 7134B14) shows the connection to the CTS602 board.

CO2 control kit: Nilan CO2 Control Kit (item number 7134B16). Manufacturer: Nilan (Nilan A/S). According to Nilan, a carbon dioxide sensor controls ventilation on demand: when the carbon dioxide content of the air rises, the control increases ventilation. We have no manufacturer documents for item number 7134B16; we will clarify the scope of delivery and compatible units with you before ordering.

humidity sensor: Nilan Feuchtesensor is a humidity sensor for Nilan ventilation units. According to Nilan, with the sensor the unit automatically adapts the fan speed to the moisture content of the extract air and switches between low and high speed depending on humidity.

pressure transmitter: Nilan Drucktransmitter is a pressure transmitter for the pressure control of Nilan ventilation units with the CTS602 control. According to Nilan, the transmitters can be installed in the extract air or supply air duct. According to Nilan, the motor of the extract and/or supply air fan can be controlled by one or two pressure transmitters.

• CO2 sensor kit: Installed in the ventilation unit, retrofitting possible.
• CO2 sensor kit: According to the wiring diagram, a resistor R1 (150 kOhm) must be fitted with CTS602 software up to version 2.00x; from version 2.01x no resistor is required.
• CO2 sensor kit: The wiring diagram is available under downloads.
• humidity sensor: A humidity sensor is listed as an accessory, for example, in the Nilan data sheet of the HCR 800T. Please check the documents of your unit to see whether it already has the sensor as standard.
