Description
Description
InoxAir Induction Wall Hood is an exhaust air hood made of chromium nickel steel for professional kitchens, with an internal supply air duct. According to the manufacturer, fresh air is blown into the hood through a nozzle outlet element and directed towards the filters as an induced air stream; this creates a negative pressure zone inside the hood. The hood is fitted with flame-proof filters of type A.
You can choose between InoxAir's TOPline (welded version) and PROFIline (spot-welded version).

Notes on installation
Notes on installation
According to the InoxAir catalogue Exhaust air hoods (p. 26), extractor hoods in professional kitchens must overlap the cooking appliances by at least 30 cm on all sides. For appliances with a door, for example pizza ovens, at least twice the overlap must be planned on the door side, i.e. at least 60 cm. The manufacturer refers to VDI 2052 and EN 16282; the hood must be positioned above the cooking appliances with sufficient overlap.
