Description

InoxAir charcoal fan VSK is a charcoal fan of the InoxAir VSK series (PROFIline range) for extracting greasy kitchen exhaust air. According to the catalogue, it is designed for a medium temperature of 200 °C in continuous operation and 2 hours at 400 °C; the motor is located outside the air flow, and it can only be controlled via a frequency converter.

Available are types VSK 3028 and VSK 4031, each as a fan on its own or as an offer package (SET) together with the frequency converter FU 06 from the InoxAir fan catalogue.

Features
  • According to the catalogue for the extraction of greasy kitchen exhaust air, for indoor and outdoor installation.
  • Housing made of galvanised sheet steel, lined with 40 mm mineral wool (non-combustible according to DIN EN 13501-1, class A1).
  • Mounting rails with rubber vibration dampers; they can be moved on the housing and allow three discharge directions.
  • Connection pieces matched to standard pipes, with double lip seals.
  • Condensate and grease drain in the bottom of the housing, connection at the bottom of the unit.
  • Fan unit can be swung out and also serves as an inspection door for the condensate tray and impeller.
  • Backward-curved impeller made of powder-coated sheet steel on an IEC three-phase motor with shaft seal ring; motor outside the air stream.
  • Catalogue specification 400 °C/120 min (F400).
  • Frequency converter FU 06: complete system, pre-programmed, built-in control panel with indicator lamps (operation, fault), remote potentiometer possible (control signal 0 to 10 V), motor protection via thermistor input, communication Modbus RTU/ASCII, operating temperature -10 to +45 °C.
