Heating Pipes & Press Fittings

Here you will find system pipes and press fittings from Sanha for closed heating and cooling circuits. Two material lines are available, each also in an Industry version: SANHA-Therm made of unalloyed steel, galvanised on the outside, and NiroTherm made of stainless steel, optionally as nickel-free NiroTherm F.

The range

Alongside system pipes in bars we stock the fittings for a complete installation: couplings, reducing couplings and double couplings, bends and fitting bends, crossover bends, tees, reducing nipples, caps, flat-sealing unions and transitions from press to groove. Pipe and fittings must belong to the same system so that the press joint seals reliably. The Industry versions are intended for commercial and industrial applications; details are given in each product description. Plan pipe lengths and fittings in advance using a pipe layout, which avoids reorders on site.

Carbon steel or stainless steel?

According to the manufacturer, SANHA-Therm is intended exclusively for closed circuits with no oxygen ingress. According to Sanha, NiroTherm covers heating and cooling circuits as well as technical gases, compressed air, rainwater and treated water. Frequently asked questions about heating pipes and press fittings

Can I combine fittings from different systems?

No. Pipe, fitting and press contour are matched to each other, so you should stay within one system.

Do I need special tools?

Yes, a pressing tool with the press contour approved by the manufacturer. The applicable contour is given in Sanha's system documentation.

What else should be considered when modifying a heating system?
