Description

Resol Temperature Sensors FKP and FRP combines the following versions in one product: collector sensor FKP / tank sensor FRP5.5, tank sensor FRP for immersion sleeves, collector sensor FKP/H (high temperature), FKP9, FRP12, FKP23, FRP22. Select the required version under Sensor and then the matching variant under Version. The details for each version are given below.

The versions in detail

collector sensor FKP / tank sensor FRP5.5: Resol temperature sensors FKP and FRP are Pt1000 temperature sensors for installation in existing immersion sleeves or those provided on site. According to Resol, the sensors are supplied individually packed. According to the data sheets, FKP sensors are intended for the collector (silicone cable, minus 50 to plus 180 °C), FRP sensors for the storage tank (minus 5 to plus 80 °C). For the short TH30 immersion sleeve, Resol recommends the FKP5,5 or FRP5,5 sensors.

tank sensor FRP for immersion sleeves: Resol temperature sensor FRP is a Pt1000 temperature sensor from Resol with the storage tank as area of application. According to the data sheet, the FRP6 has a stainless steel sensor sleeve with 6 mm diameter and 45 mm length and a 2.5 m PUR cable and is intended for installation in immersion sleeves.

collector sensor FKP/H (high temperature): Resol collector sensors FKP/H (high temperature) are Pt1000 high-temperature sensors for temperature ranges up to 300 °C. According to Resol, this temperature range refers to the insulation of the connection cable. For the FKP4/H, Resol offers the TH60V/4 and TH100V/4 stainless steel immersion sleeves (inner diameter 4.2 mm).

FKP9: Resol FKP9 is a flat contact sensor in Pt1000 version for mounting on flat surfaces.

FRP12: Resol FRP12 is a room temperature sensor with a Pt1000 measuring element for measuring the room temperature. It is designed for surface mounting.

FKP23: Resol FKP23 2.5m is a pipe contact sensor with a Pt1000 measuring element for mounting on pipes. It has a 2.5 m silicone cable; Resol names the collector as the area of application. According to the data sheet, a pipe clamp and thermal paste are included in the scope of delivery.

FRP22: Resol FRP22 2.5m is a pipe contact sensor in Pt1000 version for mounting on pipes. According to Resol, a pipe clamp is included in the scope of delivery. According to Resol, thermal paste must be used with pipe contact sensors to ensure heat transfer.
