Description

AFPRO CPMC panels are filter cells of the CPMC series with a glass fibre medium in a galvanised steel frame. The manufacturer intends the series for HVAC systems. We offer the series in the filter classes ePM10 75%, ePM2.5 55%, ePM1 55% and ePM1 80% according to ISO 16890 and in around 5,000 sizes with depths from 23 to 292 mm; select the right version in the configurator above.

Features

Standard sizes according to the catalogue: 592x592, 490x592 and 287x592 mm, each 45 and 96 mm deep.
For the same frame size and nominal airflow, the catalogue gives a larger filter area and a lower initial pressure drop for 96 mm depth than for 45 mm, for example at 592x592 mm and 2950 m³/h in ePM10 75%: 10.7 m² and 85 Pa (96 mm) compared with 5.8 m² and 90 Pa (45 mm).
The manufacturer lists the same design with a plastic frame as CP panels.
In addition to the standard sizes, we offer numerous custom sizes and further depths. The item numbers usually have the format CPMC/width x height x depth with the class code, for example CPMC/592X592X45-M5.

Note on variants

In the configurator, select the filter class, width, height and depth in mm step by step. Only combinations that exist are offered. With the quick search you can find a version directly by its size (for example 592x592x45) or item number. For some sizes there are two items with the same dimensions but a different item number and price (for example CPMC18X18X2-M5 and CPMC/445X445X45-M5); select these in the Version step. For three versions (CPMC305X305X45M61GP1, CPMC330X345X45M61G and CPMC496X892X96M61G) our article data specify no filter class; you will find them under not specified. The catalogue gives no performance data for custom sizes, further depths and versions with an addition to the item number. Meaning of the suffixes according to AFPRO: P1 = PU gasket on clean-air side, P2 = PU gasket on dust-air side, 1G = grid on clean-air side, 2G = grid on both sides, G = grid on dust-air side, FL = 25 mm flange, EXP = Ex-Protect (ATEX). Please check the installation dimensions of your filter frame before ordering.
