AFPRO AERO Panels

AFPRO AERO panels are panel filters with a synthetic filter medium in a cardboard frame. The manufacturer intends the AERO series as pre-filters in HVAC systems, in industry and in spray booths. The filter class according to ISO 16890 is ISO Coarse 70%. We offer the series in around 2,600 sizes with depths from 20 to 100 mm; select the right version in the configurator above.

• 21 standard sizes according to the catalogue: seven frame sizes from 289x594 mm to 594x594 mm, each in 23, 45 and 94 mm depth.
• For the same frame size, the catalogue gives the same nominal airflow for all three depths. The initial pressure drop at nominal airflow decreases with depth: 90 Pa at 23 mm, 70 Pa at 45 mm, 55 Pa at 94 mm.
• The filter area increases with depth, for example at 594x594 mm from 0.7 m² (23 mm) to 1.1 m² (45 mm) and 2.3 m² (94 mm).
• In addition to the standard sizes, we offer numerous custom sizes. The item numbers usually have the format AERO/width x height x depth.

In the configurator, select the filter class, width, height and depth in mm step by step. Only combinations that exist are offered. With the quick search you can find a version directly by its size (for example 592x592x45) or item number. For four sizes there are two items with the same dimensions but a different item number and price (for example AERO16x25x1 and AERO/394X622X23); select these in the Version step. The catalogue values for the 21 standard sizes are listed in the table; the catalogue gives no performance data for custom sizes. The AFPRO catalogue 2026 contains no data for RB35-A, RB35-B, RB35-C and RB55-A. Please check the installation dimensions of your filter frame before ordering.
