Description

AFPRO HPQ compact filters are mini-pleat filters in a V-shaped design with a glass fibre medium and a plastic frame. The manufacturer intends them for HVAC systems and for industry. The HPQ series covers the filter classes ePM2.5 55%, ePM1 55% and ePM1 80% according to ISO 16890 and E10, E11 and E12 according to EN 1822.

According to the manufacturer, the maximum airflow is 45% above the nominal value.
Three sizes per filter class according to the catalogue (height x width): A = 592x592 mm, B = 490x592 mm, C = 288x592 mm, each 292 mm deep.
For the same size, the initial pressure drop at nominal airflow increases with the filter class, for example at 592x592x292 mm and 3400 m³/h: 75 Pa (ePM2.5 55%), 95 Pa (ePM1 55%), 110 Pa (ePM1 80%), 170 Pa (E10).
For E11 and E12 the catalogue gives a lower nominal airflow, for example 2000 m³/h at 592x592x292 mm.
The manufacturer recommends installing a pre-filter upstream.

Note on variants

Select the dimension and the filter class. The technical data and the table apply to the 18 types of the HPQ series (HPQ-65, HPQ-85, HPQ-98, HPQ-E10, HPQ-E11 and HPQ-E12, each in sizes A, B and C). This product also contains variants of a different design, for example HPQ-85G with a depth of 85 mm (article numbers HPQ-85-.../135G, ePM1 55%) and activated carbon compact filters (HPQ-AK), as well as further types and custom sizes. The data above do not apply to these variants.
