Description

SANHA-Therm Industry Transition Fitting, Press to Groove is an adaptor with a universal press end on one side and a groove for a tube coupling on the other side. The item belongs to the SANHA-Therm Industry press fitting system (series 28000) for unalloyed steel pipes and, according to Sanha, is made of unalloyed steel (material no. 1.0034), galvanised on the outside. Sanha intends the system only for closed, oxygen-free circuits; according to Sanha, it is not suitable for drinking water.

Installation notes

According to Sanha, additional waterproof and pore-free corrosion protection according to AGI worksheet Q 151 is required where moisture or corrosive substances from the surroundings or building materials act on the system over a longer period.
