SANHA-Press Gas Transition Nipple is an adaptor nipple with a universal press end and a male thread. Features

Area of application according to the Sanha installation information: flammable gases according to DVGW worksheet G 260.
Marking on the fitting according to Sanha: manufacturer, dimension, DVGW approval mark and yellow GAS marking GT/PN 1.
Leak path feature: connections accidentally left unpressed are detected during the leak test. Sanha states test pressures of 10 mbar to 1 bar with air for this.
DVGW type examination certificate DG-4550CU0259 for press connectors made of copper and copper alloy for copper pipelines, leaky when unpressed, model SANHA-Press Gas series 10000 and series 11000 (test basis DVGW G 5614), valid until 13.08.2029.

Installation notes

According to the Sanha installation information, cut pipes at right angles, deburr them inside and outside and mark the insertion depth on the pipe with a waterproof marker before pressing.
According to the Sanha installation information, laying in the ground is not permitted.

Note on variants

Select the size. The size states the pipe outside diameter d in mm and the male thread R in inches, for example 15x1/2. Inch sizes with two digits before the slash stand for whole and fractional inches, for example 1 1/4 for 1 1/4 inches and 1 1/2 for 1 1/2 inches.
