Blauberg Iso-V Duct Fan: Blauberg Iso-V sound-insulated duct fans, either with asynchronous motor or EC motor. Selectable are connection diameter, motor type and performance.

Technical data

According to the data sheet, housing size A is the edge length of the square housing (matching the AKV connector of the same size).

Features

The removable side panels can be arranged so that the air is routed straight through or at a 90° angle.
According to the manufacturer, corrosion-resistant and suitable for outdoor installation; the RSD-IV protective cover and the AH-IV outdoor hood are available for this purpose.
Four-pole or six-pole asynchronous external rotor motor with backward-curved centrifugal impeller, single-phase (E) or three-phase (D); ball bearings for continuous operation, dynamically balanced.
Speed control continuously via an external thyristor controller or in steps via an external autotransformer (both available separately).
Mains connection via an external terminal box.
EC external rotor motor with backward-curved impeller; ball bearings for continuous operation, integrated thermal overload protection with automatic restart, dynamically balanced.

Installation notes

According to the data sheet, the fan is connected to square or round air ducts via flexible vibration-damping connectors (AKV) or transition pieces (ARV) with a matching cross-section. The installation position is arbitrary depending on the required flow direction; sufficient access for maintenance must be provided.
