Description

Blauberg CD are Blauberg carbon dioxide sensors for demand-controlled ventilation. They measure the carbon dioxide concentration and control the output of fans or ventilation units according to the concentration. CD-1 and CD-2 are room sensors for surface wall mounting, CD-3 is a sensor board installed inside a ventilation unit in the extract air duct between extract air filter and heat exchanger.

Features

CD-1 and CD-2: relay output for switching the fan on and off according to carbon dioxide concentration, analogue output for continuous speed control; this requires a fan with EC motor or an additional speed controller with 0-10 V input
CD-1: three operating modes via push button (always on, always off, operation according to carbon dioxide concentration); LEDs from green (below 600 ppm) through yellow to red (above 1600 ppm)
CD-2: according to Blauberg for rooms where switching the ventilation on and off is not recommended, for example classrooms and public rooms

Note on variants

For a room sensor with display and button choose CD-1, without controls CD-2. CD-3 is installed in a ventilation unit and connected via the plug to the control unit; the mounting position is given in the operating manual of the respective unit.
