Features
Features
- According to the catalogue, the HW series comprises the types HW80 (ePM1 50%) as well as HW90 and HW90XT (ePM1 85%).
- Dimensions of the standard sizes according to EN 15805 (manufacturer's information for AFPRO pocket filters, catalogue p. 31).
- The article number describes the design (catalogue p. 32): filter type, frame code (A = 592x592 mm, B = 490x592 mm, C = 287x592 mm, CC = 287x287 mm), number of pockets and depth code (3 = 360, 5 = 535, 6 = 635 mm); /90 = cross pockets (90°).
- At 592x592x635 mm, 10 pockets and 3400 m³/h, the catalogue gives a filter area of 7.7 m² in each case and an initial pressure drop of 70 Pa for HW80A10-6 and 140 Pa for HW90A10-6.
Note on variants
Note on variants
Select the dimension, the filter class and the version. The dimension is given in mm (width x height x depth). The version states the number of pockets according to the article number. Where the catalogue gives performance data for a variant, they are shown with the variant selection; the catalogue gives no performance data for the other variants.
- HW80C5-6: frame code C = frame size 287x592 mm, 5 pockets, depth code 6 = pocket depth 635 mm. This type is listed in the catalogue table (values see table).
- HW80A10-3: frame code A = frame size 592x592 mm, 10 pockets, depth code 3 = pocket depth 360 mm. The catalogue gives no performance data for this version.
- HW80A10-5: frame code A = frame size 592x592 mm, 10 pockets, depth code 5 = pocket depth 535 mm. The catalogue gives no performance data for this version.
- HW80A10-6: frame code A = frame size 592x592 mm, 10 pockets, depth code 6 = pocket depth 635 mm. This type is listed in the catalogue table (values see table).
- HW80C10-6/90: frame code C = frame size 287x592 mm, 10 pockets, depth code 6 = pocket depth 635 mm. The addition /90 stands for cross pockets (90°). The catalogue gives no performance data for this version.
- HW90A10-6: frame code A = frame size 592x592 mm, 10 pockets, depth code 6 = pocket depth 635 mm. This type is listed in the catalogue table (values see table).
| Type | Dimensions WxHxD (mm) | Pockets | Filter area (m²) | Nominal airflow (m³/h) | Initial pressure drop at nominal airflow (Pa) |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
