2 sockets: SANHA-Press Bend 45°, 2 Sockets is a 45° bend with universal press ends on both sides. The item belongs to the SANHA-Press press fitting system (series 6000) made of copper.

1 socket (socket x spigot): SANHA-Press Bend 45°, 1 Socket is a 45° bend with one universal press end and one male plain end. The item belongs to the SANHA-Press press fitting system (series 6000) made of copper.

Features
  • Areas of application according to Sanha: drinking water, heating and cooling, compressed air with residual oil content up to 25 mg/m³, technical gases and shipbuilding.
  • Marking on the fitting according to Sanha: manufacturer, dimension and DVGW approval mark; no additional coloured external marking.
  • Leak path feature: connections accidentally left unpressed are detected during the leak test. Sanha states test pressures of 1 to 6.5 bar with water or 150 mbar to 3 bar with air for this.
  • For technical gases, the maximum operating pressure is 16 bar according to Sanha.
  • 2 sockets: DVGW type examination certificate DW-8511AU2076 for SANHA-Press S6000, press and transition fittings made of copper for copper pipes according to DVGW GW 392, leaky when unpressed up to 54 mm (test basis DVGW W 534), valid until 11.03.2029. For the design 45° bend, female ends, the certificate lists the dimensions 15, 22, 28, 35, 42, 54, 67, 76 and 108 mm.
  • DVGW certificate of conformity hygiene HW-1001DQ0143 for SANHA-Press press fittings (series 6000) made of copper CW024A (Cu-DHP) for drinking water installations, valid until 25.03.2030.
  • TÜV component approval TÜV.K.23-001 for the press fitting connection of Sanha press fitting and system pipe (types include Sanha Press), valid until 30.11.2028.
  • 1 socket (socket x spigot): DVGW type examination certificate DW-8511AU2076 for SANHA-Press S6000, press and transition fittings made of copper for copper pipes according to DVGW GW 392, leaky when unpressed up to 54 mm (test basis DVGW W 534), valid until 11.03.2029. For the design 45° bend with male end, the certificate lists the dimensions 15, 22, 28, 35, 42 and 54 mm.
